Our client, a leader in business support services, is seeking a Head of Business Relations (B2B Manager) to lead and expand their corporate partnerships. This is a high-impact role for someone with a deep understanding of business formation, legal frameworks, and client relationship management—particularly in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead B2B relationship management strategies to drive client retention and acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong corporate partnerships and strategic alliances.
• Represent the company at business development meetings, networking events, and corporate roadshows.
• Collaborate closely with legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
• Develop innovative solutions to meet client needs and solve challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen overall business development efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, relationship management, and leadership roles.
• Experience in business setup, formation, and legal knowledge within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and a client-first approach.
• Must be flexible to travel frequently as part of the role.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is highly desirable.
