Our client, a leading provider of BPO services, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to strengthen and grow client partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is committed to ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and business goals.
• Resolve client issues efficiently, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively suggest improvements to enhance service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
• Utilize CRM tools and dashboards to track client engagement, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay aligned with client timelines, including flexibility to accommodate different time zones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within the BPO or services sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client profiles.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones as required.
