Our client, a leading business support services provider, is looking for a Concierge Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and thrives in a target-driven, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage concierge operations, ensuring top-tier service delivery to clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance and handling queries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure all concierge services align with business goals and client expectations.
• Work closely with business setup consultants to support company formation processes.
• Resolve conflicts effectively, using strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor and manage budgets related to client requests and services.
• Develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Uphold high standards in appearance, client interaction, and work ethic.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven sales experience, with a strong background in concierge, executive support, or client relationship management.
• Experience in the business setup or freezone industry is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance standards and deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• In-depth understanding of business operations and freezone systems.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas and strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
