Our client is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveying Engineer to join their growing team and support the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and cost reports.
• Conduct site measurements, valuations, and variations.
• Manage procurement processes and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Coordinate closely with the project team to monitor progress and control costs.
• Prepare regular financial reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QS Engineer, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
• Solid background working with a main contractor.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Fluent communication skills and a presentable personality for effective collaboration and client interaction.
