Our client, an innovative tech-driven company, is on the lookout for a Tech Sales Director to lead their expansion and revenue efforts in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong leadership acumen, and a proven ability to scale sales operations within fast-paced, B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the company’s sales strategy and execution plan across the UAE market.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and closing large enterprise deals.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with technical stakeholders, including CTOs, CIOs, and Engineering leaders.
• Leverage your existing network within the Dubai startup, SMB, and enterprise landscape to build new pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, sales forecasting, and CRM management to track team performance and growth metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a big plus).
• 10–15 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5–8 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience selling AWS or AI solutions; AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification is a great plus.
• Proven track record of generating £1M+ ARR in a startup or scaleup environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
• Proficiency in sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and data-driven sales strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
• Must be eligible to work in Dubai and the UAE.
