Our client, a premier lifestyle management and concierge company, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide round-the-clock, on-call support to an HNWI client. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury travel, premium lifestyle services, and high-end hospitality, along with the flexibility and discretion to support a fast-paced, ultra-luxury lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive personal assistance and lifestyle management to the client.
• Manage high-end travel arrangements, including private jets, luxury accommodations, and bespoke itineraries.
• Coordinate exclusive event access, reservations, and bespoke luxury services.
• Be available 24/7 to respond to requests and provide immediate solutions.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively offer tailored recommendations.
• Liaise with luxury service providers to secure VIP experiences.
• Ensure complete confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to HNWI or in luxury lifestyle management.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury travel, premium hospitality, and high-end lifestyle services.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Impeccable discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
