Our client, a growing organization in the UAE, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead and oversee their financial operations with precision, insight, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory legislation and financial regulations.
• Present accurate financial reports and insights to senior stakeholders and board members.
• Oversee the daily operations of the finance team, driving performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial data to support business growth and planning.
• Manage and implement internal controls, risk management, and process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CA, or CPA is essential.
• Proven relevant experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing or mentoring a finance team.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, and reporting.
• Confident in presenting financial data to stakeholders and board members.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of driving financial strategies.
