Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service across all client touchpoints
• Lead, motivate, and support a dynamic, high-performing team
• Optimize workflows, processes, and vendor coordination to ensure service excellence
• Anticipate and resolve operational challenges with efficiency and discretion
• Maintain service standards that reflect the brand’s premium positioning
• Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and VIP clients

Requirements:

• Recent experience in operations, ideally within luxury hospitality, concierge, or lifestyle management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• High emotional intelligence and a refined, client-first mindset
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-demand environment
