Our client—a premier luxury concierge service catering to high-net-worth individuals—is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Finance Manager to oversee and elevate their financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance
• Oversee cash flow management, cost analysis, and financial risk assessment
• Collaborate closely with leadership on business strategy and performance metrics
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion in all financial dealings with HNWI clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred)
• Proven experience in a senior financial management role, ideally within luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industries
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and budgeting skills
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) or in a high-discretion service environment
• Proficiency in financial tools and systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
