Our client, a well-established company in Sharjah, is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless system operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, basic cybersecurity knowledge, and experience in handling IT-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, servers, and applications.
• Troubleshoot system errors and performance issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Assist in managing IT security protocols and data protection measures.
• Support end-users with troubleshooting requests and IT-related inquiries.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance overall system efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related IT field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• ITIL V3 certification is a big advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT support tools.
• Strong communication skills to assist non-technical users effectively.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
