Our client, a well-established company in Dubai, is looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to AML laws, Economic Substance Regulations, and other relevant policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and ensuring the organization operates within regulatory requirements.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to AML laws, Economic Substance Regulations, and other relevant frameworks.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
• Provide training and guidance on compliance-related matters to employees.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
• Prepare reports and maintain compliance records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in compliance or risk management.
• ACAMS certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of AML laws, Economic Substance Regulations, and compliance best practices.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
