Our client, a leading company in Dubai, is looking for a Quality Specialist to ensure operational excellence and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet -performance standards.
• - Utilize client service tools and techniques to enhance customer experience.
• - Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement.
• - Ensure compliance with quality regulations and industry best practices.
• - Monitor and evaluate business processes for continuous improvement.
• - Work closely with teams to maintain high service quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• - 4–7 years of experience in a quality-related role.
• - Solid experience in quality control and performance standards.
• - Background in business setup or Freezone industry is a plus.
• - Strong understanding of client service tools and techniques.
• - Proficiency in CRM tools, Convolo, and computer literacy.
• - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• - Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• - At least a secondary school graduate; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• - Work shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
