Our client, a premier lifestyle management and concierge service, is seeking multilingual Luxury Concierge Agents who are fluent in Russian, Chinese, Spanish, or Arabic to provide exceptional, round-the-clock support to their prestigious HNWI clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized luxury lifestyle and concierge services tailored to individual client preferences.
• Arrange high-end travel, exclusive events, fine dining reservations, and bespoke experiences.
• Maintain utmost discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
• Be available 24/7 for immediate on-call support to meet client needs.
• Proactively anticipate client requests and offer innovative, luxury solutions.
• Build strong relationships with premium service providers, ensuring seamless access to luxury offerings.

Requirements:

• Fluency in one or more languages: Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic (in addition to English).
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, lifestyle management, or a similar high-service role.
• Strong understanding of the luxury market and the expectations of HNWI clients.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Impeccable discretion and ability to handle confidential information with care.
