Our client in Dubai is looking for an Assistant Manager – Applicant Support to lead client service operations, manage escalations, and drive process improvements while ensuring top-tier applicant support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee applicant support functions, ensuring high-quality service standards.
• Manage client escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to SLA and implement best practices in client service management.
• Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and enhance client interactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in client service management and team leadership.
• Expertise in customer service tools, escalation management, and process optimization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory).
• Ability to analyze client feedback and implement effective solutions.
