Our client, a dynamic and growing company based in Dubai, is seeking a Chief Accountant to oversee financial reporting, cost control, and compliance. This role requires expertise in managing multi-company accounting, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and handling AP & AR processes while maintaining strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable (AP & AR) functions.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and financial controls.
• Utilize ERP systems (Odoo preferred) for efficient financial management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Proven experience in multi-company accounting (experience in Africa is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of financial compliance, reporting, and internal controls.
• ERP proficiency (Odoo preferred).
• Fluent in English, Arabic, and French; knowledge of Arabic and/or Portuguese is a plus.
