Our client is looking for a passionate and customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment. The right candidate must have at least two years of UAE-based experience in visa services and be well-versed in UAE residence visa applications for both Freezone and Mainland businesses.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
1. Visa Eligibility & Requirements

• Identify the required visa type (e.g., employment, investor, family, tourist, golden visa, etc.).
• Assess clients' eligibility based on UAE visa regulations.

2. Visa Guidance & Advisory

• Clearly explain the visa application process to clients.
• Provide guidance on visa duration, renewal, and regulatory requirements.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all documents meet UAE immigration standards, including passport validity, attestation, and translations.
• Liaise with UAE authorities (e.g., GDRFA, MOHRE, Free Zone Authorities) to facilitate visa processing.
• Use online portals (e.g., GDRFA, MOHRE) to submit and track applications.

4. Staying Up-to-Date with Regulations

• Monitor and adapt to changes in UAE visa policies.
• Keep clients informed about updated processes, requirements, and potential impacts.

5. Communication & Client Updates

• Provide regular updates on visa application progress, approvals, and any additional requirements.
• Maintain clear and professional communication via email, WhatsApp, and calls.

6. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution

• Address any delays, missing documents, or unforeseen issues in visa applications.
• Handle reapplications and alternative solutions with professionalism and sensitivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE corporate/visa services.
• Strong understanding of visa processing for Freezone and Mainland businesses.
• Experience with new visa applications, transfers, cancellations, and renewals.
• Knowledge of UAE notarization and attestation processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Additional Responsibilities

• Oversee & manage a visa team of three, reporting directly to the CEO.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, local government authorities, and free zones.
• Stay updated on changes to government and free-zone policies, rules, and regulations.
