Our client, a leading creative hub in Sharjah, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a vibrant workplace culture that supports innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company’s creative and collaborative culture.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR regulations.
• Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Act as an advisor to leadership on HR strategies and workforce planning.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and inspiring work environment.

• 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a creative or dynamic industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.
