Our client, a leading corporate services provider in Dubai, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to compliance and HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the corporate services sector and a deep understanding of UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR best practices and workforce planning.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace culture.

• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within corporate services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
