Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Real Estate) to lead and grow their sales team. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and possess the ability to drive revenue while ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance using Zoho CRM and other tracking tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, property regulations, and competitive landscapes.
• Oversee negotiations, closings, and ensure compliance with all real estate regulations.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho preferred) and sales tracking tools.
• Valid real estate license and driving license required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
