Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dermatologist to join their esteemed skin clinic, specializing in providing high-quality dermatological care. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, as well as a passion for aesthetics and patient-centered care. This role combines medical dermatology with opportunities to perform cosmetic procedures, helping patients achieve both skin health and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of skin, hair, and nail conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
• Educate patients on skin health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.

2. Cosmetic Dermatology

• Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
• Recommend and administer advanced aesthetic treatments to enhance patient outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in cosmetic dermatology.

3. Clinical Expertise

• Conduct thorough medical histories and perform skin examinations to identify underlying conditions.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals in the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Prescribe and manage medications, topical treatments, and therapies as needed.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to uphold the clinic’s standards of care.

5. Patient Relationships

• Build trust and rapport with patients to foster long-term relationships.
• Address patient concerns and questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Promote the clinic’s services, treatments, and skincare products where appropriate.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Dermatology.
• Active and unrestricted state medical license.
• Experience in cosmetic dermatology or aesthetics is highly preferred.

• Expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of dermatological conditions.
• Proficiency in performing cosmetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments).
