Our client is seeking a proactive Business & Sales Consultant to identify and secure new business opportunities across the Middle East. This role focuses on expanding their client base, developing strategic business plans, and delivering revenue growth for their corporate services. The ideal candidate has at least five years of UAE experience, ideally in the legal or corporate services sector, and excels in consultative selling, business development, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for our corporate services, including company formation, licensing, restructuring, PRO/visa processing, and compliance.
• Develop and execute a business development plan focused on the UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Oman.
• Generate leads, with a particular focus on growing business in KSA.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners, including law firms, audit firms, business councils, and private equity firms.
• Conduct bi-weekly business development meetings and report on deliverables.
• Track and manage sales performance, maintaining an up-to-date CRM database.
• Attend industry events to expand our network and generate new leads.
• Work closely with internal teams to create compelling presentations and proposals that highlight our unique selling points.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience, ideally in the legal or corporate services sector.
• Proven success in consultative selling, business development, and achieving sales targets.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in IT tools required for sales and business development.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
