Our client is looking for a seasoned Consultant with expertise in finance and transactions to join their team in the UAE. In this role, you will provide strategic financial advisory services on acquisitions, due diligence, and other key transaction-related projects. The ideal candidate has a solid finance background, a proven ability to manage complex financial transactions, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients within the corporate services industry, leveraging your expertise to uncover business opportunities.
• Prospect and Client Engagement: Proactively seek out new prospects, build strong relationships, and drive conversions. Manage client interactions across multiple channels, including email, live chat, phone calls, and in-person meetings to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and present customized corporate service solutions. Oversee the entire process from defining the scope of work and business case to conducting pricing analysis, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful execution.
• Client Education: Provide guidance and clarity on our services, addressing inquiries and demonstrating the value and benefits of our solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights. Generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Client Feedback & Service Enhancement: Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our offerings and customer experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Support junior business development team members and contribute to cross-selling initiatives with the Account Management team.
• Networking & Industry Engagement: Expand your professional network within the corporate services and legal sectors. Represent the company at relevant industry events.
• Continuous Learning & Market Awareness: Stay up to date on industry best practices, legal regulations, and market trends to enhance expertise and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Law degree is an advantage).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales role within the company formation or corporate services industry.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to establish connections, build trust, and foster long-term relationships.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-Solving & Multitasking: Proven ability to analyze challenges, provide solutions, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Sales & Business Development Experience: Demonstrated success in sales roles with a track record of achieving sales growth.
• Market Research & Analysis: Proficiency in market analysis, trend identification, and strategic decision-making.
• Networking & Relationship Building: Ability to expand professional connections and leverage industry relationships for business growth.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to adjust to evolving market dynamics and business needs.
