Our client is looking for a motivated and personable Client Relationship Manager to join their team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for their clients, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will be at the heart of their success, driving satisfaction and loyalty by providing tailored solutions and proactive support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Understand client goals, challenges, and needs to provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
• Regularly monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and reporting to clients on progress and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
