As a Sales manager, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by delivering exceptional results. This role is essential for managing the sales process, developing strategies to increase property sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and enhance market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and expert advice on property investments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies to meet market demands.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and industry trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• German, Italians and French native speakers preferred.
