This senior leadership role requires deep expertise in UAE Free Zone and mainland business setup regulations. You will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and lead a high-performing team to enhance the client experience and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of 30 employees, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving initiatives to improve service delivery and productivity.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all UAE Free Zone and mainland regulations related to business setup and corporate services, staying updated on changes in laws.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, legal, and administrative teams to streamline processes and enhance service offerings, meeting client needs efficiently.
• Performance Management: Set clear KPIs and performance metrics, providing ongoing coaching and development to team members while evaluating operational success.
• Client Relations: Act as a key stakeholder in managing client relationships, ensuring timely and quality delivery of business setup services.

  
Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in operations management within the corporate services or business setup industry.
• Indepth knowledge of UAE Free Zone and mainland regulations and a strong understanding of business setup processes.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of 20+ professionals, with a focus on strategic operations and growth.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving operational improvements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
