Technical Manager (Marine/Fleet Operations)

Join a leading company in the maritime industry committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality marine operations. We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to oversee the technical management of our fleet and ensure compliance with international maritime standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vessel maintenance, repairs, dry-docking, and technical performance.
• Ensure compliance with Class, Flag State, ISM, ISPS, STCW, MLC, SIRE, and other maritime regulations.
• Oversee the Planned Maintenance System (PMS).
• Manage technical budgets, spare parts, and fleet performance.
• Lead technical teams and support shipbuilding projects.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations.

Qualifications:

• Class 1 Chief Engineer (Motor) STCW or Naval Architect qualification.
• Mechanical Engineering background is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of shore-based technical fleet management experience.
• Experience with dual-fuel vessels preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, SIRE/VIQ, and PMS.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and able to travel without restrictions.
