We’re partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a senior transformation leader at the Executive Committee level.
This is a high-impact role driving enterprise-wide transformation—bringing together people, technology, and strategy to deliver real behavioural change and measurable business outcomes.
Key focus areas:
• Customer & employee experience transformation
• Driving adoption of digital / technology initiatives
• Leading large-scale change across culture, operating model, and ways of working
• Influencing CEO, Board, and senior stakeholders
• Embedding governance, metrics, and long-term transformation success
What we’re looking for:
• 20+ years’ experience in enterprise transformation/change
• Strong C-suite and Board-level engagement experience
• Deep understanding of workforce strategy and HR concepts
• Commercially astute, strategic, and people-centric
This is not a traditional IT, HR, or PMO role—it’s about making transformation stick across the business.
