Technical Superintendent (Dry Bulk or Tanker)

We're looking for a Technical Superintendent to join a well-established ship management team in Singapore. The role will suit someone with a solid background in marine engineering and hands-on experience managing dry bulk and/or tanker vessels.
 
You'll be responsible for the technical performance, maintenance, and overall operational reliability of the assigned fleet. The job involves close coordination with owners, crew, and external partners to ensure vessels are managed safely and efficiently.
 
Candidates should have:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience from a ship management or ownership setup
• Chief Engineer experience on either tanker or dry bulk vessels
• A marine engineering background (sea-going or shore-based)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Japanese language skills would be a major advantage
