Bunker Trader
Singapore / Middle East / China (multiple opportunities)

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Bunker Traders to join our clients’ expanding teams across key global trading hubs. The role is suited for commercially driven individuals with strong supplier and customer networks, and proven experience in handling back-to-back bunker trading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end bunker trading activities on a back-to-back basis.
• Handle and respond to customer enquiries, providing competitive pricing and solutions.
• Source supply from global suppliers and negotiate best possible terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and brokers.
• Monitor market developments, fuel prices, and shipping activity to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on operations, risk management, and finance to ensure smooth deal execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bunker Trader.
• Strong network of suppliers and/or customers in the bunker trading market.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of shipping and fuel markets, particularly in Singapore, Middle East, or China.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
