Bundaleer Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join us as our Clinical Care Manager for a 6 month contract with potential ongoing employment.  This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to shape clinical excellence, mentor an exceptional team and help older Australians remain safely and independently in their own homes.

About the role:
 
As our Clinical Care Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership across a diverse Home Care program, ensuring safe, person-centred and evidence-based care for clients receiving Support at Home, DVA Community Nursing, NDIS and icare services.

You'll be responsible for:

Clinical Leadership

• Lead and mentor our nursing team
• Promote evidence-based practice
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Clinical Governance

• Clinical risk management
• Incident review
• Quality improvement
• Compliance

Client Care

• Complex assessments
• Care planning
• Clinical oversight
• Stakeholder engagement

About you:
You'll be an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys leading people and improving clinical outcomes. You'll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• At least 3 years' post-graduate nursing experience
• Experience in aged care, community nursing or disability services (essential)
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional care
