About the Role
We are seeking Casual Personal Care Workers to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their daily living needs while maintaining dignity, respect, and independence.
As part of our care team, you will:
- Assist residents with personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility
- Support residents with meals, hydration, and daily routines
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Provide reliable and flexible cover across planned leave periods
About You You are caring, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference in aged care. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering safe and respectful care.
You will bring:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Experience in residential aged care (preferred)
- Flexible availability to work across a range of shifts, including leave coverage, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
