About the role 
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workforce Systems Specialist to play a critical role in the implementation of our workforce management ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, specialist role responsible for configuring Humanforce as our core Work Force Management platform, with a strong focus on its integration into Payroll Metrics (PRM) and downstream payroll system. 
You will work at the intersection of HR, Payroll, and Systems, ensuring seamless data flow from rostering through to pay, ensuring award conditions translate accurately. Reporting directly to the HR Systems Lead, you will have your chance to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
 
Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end configuration of Humanforce (rostering, time & attendance)
• Support the integration between Humanforce and Payroll Metrics, ensuring accurate payroll outputs
• Translate award conditions into system configuration
• Configure, test, and validate workforce rules across rostering, time capture, and pay calculations
• Work closely with Payroll providers and Payroll Metrics consultants to ensure alignment between system configuration and payroll interpretation
• UAT activities such as identify defects, and drive resolution
• Troubleshoot end-to-end data flows (roster → time → pay), identifying and resolving system or configuration issues
• Support data migration, system setup, and go-live readiness
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT
• Provide post-go-live support and system stabilisation

About you

• Humanforce certification for award interpretation as a requirement
• Previous experience implementing Humanforce, including both front-end (rostering, time capture) and back-end configuration
• Deep understanding of award interpretation and payroll outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business rules into system logic
• Experience working in high-volume, multi-site environments (aged care highly regarded) 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable working under pressure and driven by deadlines
