About the Role

Bundaleer Homecare is seeking a compassionate and motivated Casual Registered Nurse to join our supportive healthcare team. This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse who is flexible, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality clinical care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and person‑centred care while maintaining professional and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical standards and best practice
• Conduct health assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical records and compliance with policies and procedures
• Support and promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect

Essential Criteria

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA (no restrictions)
• Minimum 1–2 years post‑registration experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work across varied shifts (including weekends if required)
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current CPR certificate and relevant mandatory training
