Personal Care Worker – Holiday Relief (Permanent Part-Time)

Yackandandah Health is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Worker to join our Residential Aged Care team in a Holiday Relief permanent part-time role, 32hours per fortnight. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our residents while providing essential coverage during planned leave periods.

About the Role
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their daily living needs while maintaining dignity, respect, and independence.
As a valued member of our care team, you will:

• Assist residents with personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and daily routines
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
• Provide reliable and flexible cover across planned leave periods

About You
You are caring, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference in aged care. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to delivering safe and respectful care.
You will bring:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
• Experience in residential aged care (preferred)
• Flexible availability to work across a range of shifts, including leave coverage, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting older people
