Apollo Care is on the lookout for a Roving Care Manager – a dynamic and highly skilled professional to support our 12 aged care facilities across QLD, NSW & Victoria. This is a rare opportunity to travel, lead, and make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Care Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, providing clinical oversight and guidance to care teams. You will ensure care plans are effectively implemented, support staff development, and drive continuous improvement in care outcomes while maintaining strong compliance with aged care standards. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to care teams, supporting best practice and enhancing resident outcomes and experience.
- Contributing to clinical governance initiatives, including care planning improvements and policy development.
- Act as a key contact for families, GPs, allied health professionals, and internal teams—making sure everyone is aligned on a resident’s care.
- Ensuring high standards of clinical compliance, documentation, and continuous quality improvement across all services.
- Acting as a key link between care teams and the broader Apollo Care network to promote consistency in clinical practice and person-centred care delivery.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven leadership experience in residential aged care.
✔ AHPRA registration (essential).
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (essential)
✔ Strong expertise in care governance, clinical leadership, and quality improvement.
✔ A flexible, problem-solving mindset with a passion for mentoring and driving positive change.
✔ Availability to travel frequently across Queensland, New South Whales and Victoria.
