As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:
Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives
Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
Positive resident experience through resident-centered approach
You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
Who are you and what will you bring?
Registration with the AHPRA as a registered/enrolled nurse is essential
Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care and aged care
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)
Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care
