The Role

We're looking for casual Personal Care Workers to join our Hastings facility. In this role, you'll contribute to the comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life of our residents.
You'll provide safe, high-quality care in line with each resident's care plan. A strong understanding of residential aged care standards, along with empathy and compassion, is essential.

What You Will Do

• Provide personal care according to each resident's needs and preferences (hygiene, mobility, continence care, eating & drinking)
• Support clinical care including medication assistance, basic dressings, wound care, and measuring vital signs
• Assist with social and recreational activities, supporting residents and their families
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment including meal service
• Complete care documentation, progress notes, and daily charts

Who You Are

• Minimum Cert III in Aged Care (or equivalent/enrolled)
• Experience providing daily care and support to clients
• Current NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Passionate about delivering person-centred care
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Empathetic, caring, and committed to making a positive impact
