Reporting directly to the Workforce Governance Officer, you will have your chance to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
About the Role: As a Workforce Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across areas such as rostering, workforce compliance, and credentialing. You’ll work closely with team members and managers to support quality management, training, and performance development processes, contributing to a well-equipped and high-performing workforce.
What You’ll Do:
- Support workforce compliance by monitoring essential certifications and providing guidance on regulatory requirements
- Provide rostering support and monitoring
- Support credentialing processes to maintain workforce excellence and adherence to industry standards
- Support learning and development opportunities to build a skilled and capable team
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving systems and processes related to workforce management
What You Bring: - Experience in human resources, workforce management, or administration in aged care
- Demonstrated experience in workforce governance, rostering, or HR operations
- Strong understanding of workplace legislation, modern awards, and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote team members
- A genuine passion for aged care and improving the workforce that supports it
