The Role
We are looking for Personal Carers who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility in Harden. You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
We can offer flexible hours and working arrangements for the right candidate and culture that places residents first. We are offering permanent and casual positions to suit your needs and lifestyle.
What you will do
As a Personal Carer, you are responsible for ensuring:
Positive resident experience through resident-first approach
Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident’s needs and preferences.
Completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts
A collaborative, team approach
Manual handling of residents is undertaken safely and correctly
Feedback and incidents are reported
Safe, high-quality care is provided in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Who are you and what will you bring?
Completed Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
Currently, hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain one)
Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
