We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, with opportunities available for afternoon and evening shifts.

The Role:

We are looking for Part Time and/or Casual Registered Nurses who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our state-of-the-art facility in Harden.

The Location: 

Harden, New South Wales, is a charming and vibrant town known for its unique blend of natural beauty and rich heritage. The town boasts a welcoming community, excellent local produce, and various cultural events, making it a great place to live for those seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Located within 90 minutes proximity to the Australian Capital Territory (Canberra) and close to the regional city of Wagga Wagga, as well as being near the wine-producing regions of the Hilltops and Riverina, Harden is an ideal base for exploring a diverse range of nearby experiences and landscapes.

What you will do:

As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:

• Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives
• Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
• Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
• Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
• Positive resident experience through resident-centered approach
• You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.

Who are you and what will you bring?

• Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential 
• Minimum 1 years experience in providing clinical care in Aged Care
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)
• Please note - Covid Vaccinations are NO longer a requirement
• Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
