Job Title: Account Executive (US)

Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 base + double OTE ($800k - $1m target)

We specialize in helping embedded software vendors enhance their offerings by integrating our platform to deliver advanced customizations and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive New Business Growth: Your role will focus on landing deals with ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) of $50k-$100k, while building strategic partnerships that generate $1.5m+ in ARR.
• Solution-Oriented Selling: Help potential clients understand the value of our no-code platform by providing tailored solutions to their current workflow and software customization needs. Demonstrate how we can integrate with existing embedded software products to provide more complex and scalable functionality.
• Engage with Key Decision Makers: Build relationships with CTOs, Chief Product Officers, and CEOs within the embedded software industry. Position our platform as a key partner for expanding their capabilities and providing enhanced customization features.
• Support Complex Workflows: You’ll work closely with enterprise clients in the embedded software market to deliver advanced, tailored workflows that address their specific needs, from integrations to mesh architectures.
• Collaborate on Embedded Solutions: Work with embedded software vendors to offer our platform as an integrated solution, growing revenue through partnerships and upselling additional features and services.

• Proven Sales Success: 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a demonstrated ability to close deals in the $50k-$100k ARR range and build partnerships exceeding $1m in ARR.
• Consultative Sales Approach: You excel at working with senior-level decision-makers like CTOs and CEOs in the embedded software industry. Your experience selling customizable software solutions (e.g., no-code or low-code platforms) will be highly valued.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the embedded software sector or selling to software companies where advanced customization and workflow automation are critical will be a significant advantage.
• Technical Understanding: You are comfortable discussing software customization, integration, and product enhancement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-Driven: You thrive on closing high-value deals and growing long-term, high-impact partnerships with leading software vendors.

• Base salary of $125,000 - $135,000 with double OTE ($800k - $1m total target compensation).
