Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the marketing initiatives for a well-respected supply chain vendor. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the supply chain industry, with the ability to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility in the supply chain market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Campaign Management:
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding throughout all marketing efforts.
• Content Development:
  • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and online content.
  • Work closely with content and design teams to produce compelling materials that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
• Digital Marketing:
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Analyze digital metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and internal teams.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to market challenges.
• Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
• Leadership and Development:
  • Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support for team members’ professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the supply chain, logistics, or related industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to innovate.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
