• Lead and support a busy branch with a focus on service, safety, profitability and team success
• Apply your L&H experience, product knowledge and customer relationships to grow local opportunities
• Build on the strong relationships you already have with customers, suppliers and team members
• Coach, develop and motivate your team while continuing to grow your own leadership capability

What you would do in this role

• Develop and implement a branch business plan to drive sales, margin and sustainable growth
• Manage branch operations, including inventory, service standards, safety, compliance and P&L accountability
• Grow the customer base through proactive trade sales, account management and excellent counter service
• Lead, coach and motivate branch staff to create a strong, supportive and performance-focused culture
• Partner with suppliers to ensure customers have access to the right products, advice and solutions
