What will you be doing?
Working with the existing sales team you will convert leads into long-term clients, and drive business growth through proactive financial advice and solutions.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Convert warm leads and build relationships with prospective clients to convert them into loyal customers.
• Develop and deliver tailored financial strategies and investment plans.
• Client Relationship Management: Regularly check in with clients, provide ongoing advice, and ensure their financial strategies evolve with their changing needs.
• Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory updates to provide the best advice.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience as a financial adviser with a key focus on holistic advice.
• Tertiary qualifications in finance, economics or a related field
• FASEA qualified
• Great understanding of financial advice products and compliance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to sell financial products and services effectively
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Someone who embraces change and the opportunity to learn and progress
• A creative mind with a positive attitude
