The Role:
  
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual who wants to be part of the senior management team and help manage and grow the team. Reporting to the CEO, the role is wide-ranging and requires responsibility to provide leadership and guidance on best practice and improving operational efficiency.
  
Key accountabilities include:
  

• Maintaining system pricing consistency and administering and trading platforms
• Preparing trade reports and comprehensive data analysis
• Being a subject matter expert in all systems used including MT4/5 manager, Onezero etc
• Provide leadership and guidance on best practices and improving operational efficiency

  
About You:
  

• You are commercially and financially astute, with extensive knowledge and exposure to FX & CFDs, Commodities, and Indices.
• You are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative and entrepreneurial environment.
• You possess strong communication skills and can build strong and credible relationships across a wide audience.
• Ideally, you are Degree-qualified and either have existing leadership experience or looking to take a step up.
• MT4/5 Manager level experience is a MUST-have for this role
