The Role:
  
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual who wants to be part of the management team and take responsibility for a key part of the business. The role is wide-ranging and requires providing leadership and guidance on best practice and improving operational efficiency.
  
Key accountabilities include:
  

• Responsible for all elements of client management
• Responding to escalated enquiries and achieving service standards
• Management and coaching of staff
• Analysing customer turnover and retention
• Monitor, review and analyse work volumes to improve performance standards
• Provide senior management with strategic planning and comprehensive reporting

  
About You:
  

• You are commercially and financially astute, with exposure to the FX & CFD industry.
• You are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative and entrepreneurial environment.
• You possess strong communication skills and can build strong and credible relationships across a wide audience.
• Ideally, you are degree-qualified with your RG146 and have existing leadership experience.
• Fluent in both English & Mandarin is a MUST.
