The Salt Foundation is looking for an experienced 2 Female Support Workers and 1 Female cleaner to support our participants in Derrinallum. Our participant requires extensive care across all aspects of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and assistance with everyday household tasks. Participation and meaningful engagement within their home and community environments are important aspects of this role. This role requires a team of multiple support workers willing to work across the below roster. Although some flexibility may be facilitated. Ideally, you would be available to fill at least 2 shifts per week. Casual employment only. Immediate start.
Every Thursday (6 hours)
Fornightly Friday (4-8 hours)
Fortnightly Tuesday (4 hours)

About you:
Disability Support Workers:
Experience supporting participants with complex disabilities
Minimum two years' experience working with complex care
Experience in providing personal care
Experience in medication management
Can de-escalate and support behaviours of concern
Experience working with behaviour support plans.
Clear and effective communications skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
Reliable and committed
A positive and professional approach.

Clean and maintain the participant's home and living areas to an agreed standard
Follow the participant's individual preferences, routines, and support requirements
