Your day to day responsibilities:
Employee Relations - Advise on HR matters, including performance, grievances, discipline, and conflict resolution. Handle complex issues, ensuring fairness and compliance
Industrial Relations - Work to maintain a harmonious and legally compliant working environment, balancing the interests of both the workforce and the employer
HR Policy & Compliance - Ensure HR policies and procedures are current, compliant with applicable labor laws and regulations in the industry, and aligned with best practices
Recruitment & Onboarding - Support recruitment by hiring top talent for key roles. Collaborate with hiring managers on JD's, interviews, and candidate selection. Ensure smooth & engaging onboarding process for new hires
Performance Management & Development - Support with appraisals, feedback, goal setting and addressing performance issues. Assist in identifying and implementing training programs
Data Management & Reporting - Maintain HR records and systems and provide regular reports on HR metrics. Analyse HR data to identify trends and offer insights for improving practices
Payroll & Workforce Management - Lead the payroll team to ensure accurate & timely processing of a complex payroll, and compliance with regulations and policies. Identify opportunities for process improvements. Utilise your experience with Workforce Software for payroll and workforce management
