The role will be based onsite at their Head Office in Lidcombe before it relocates to Kemps Creek in 2026. The successful candidate needs to be comfortable travelling to both these locations.

About the role:
Drive engagement and quality lead generation through digital channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, website and the CRM
Target the right B2B customers through market analysis and customer profiling
Help win key prospects through tender writing and RFP requests
Plan and implement external communication campaigns
Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and budget adjustments
Partner closely with the Business Development team to drive sales results
Ensure consistent application of brand identity, tone, and messaging across all marketing channels and materials
Provide marketing support to your key stakeholders including event management, development of collateral, targeting campaigns, direct mail and email, PR, copywriting
Track marketing expenditure and assist in setting and monitoring marketing budget
Update the company website - make suggestions for improvements and execute these
Based full time onsite at their Head Office where you will work closely with the Sales team and other key stakeholders
What you will need to succeed:
A minimum 3 years in a Senior Marketing role where you've been across a diverse range of marketing functions and channels for Business to Business (B2B) sales
Proven success with SEO, campaigns, Google Ads, and LinkedIn marketing
Knowledge of data-driven marketing, including ROI tracking, A/B testing, and performance analysis
Bachelor’s degree majoring in Marketing or closely related field
It is desirable but not essential that applicants have industry experience
Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
