WorkTrybe are proud to be partnering with a long standing client on a retained basis to find their new HR Coordinator at an exciting time of change in their business. A recent acquisition by an international enterprise is opening up a world of opportunities for their employees and we need an incredible new HR Coordinator to join on that journey!
This Australian company provides premium services in national road express specialised transportation and supply chain services. They are respected and renowned for their strong company values and inclusive culture.
The role will be based onsite at their Lidcombe head office it relocates to Kemps Creek (close to the new airport) in 2026. The successful candidate needs to be comfortable travelling to both these locations.

About the role;
Responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the Human Resources department
Talent Acquisition, including advertising positions, screening, interviewing and managing offers
Onboarding of new hires, facilitating orientation sessions
Responding to employee inquiries in relation to HR policies and programs
Managing employee records and compliance meeting industry and legislative regulations
Coordinating employee training and development
Using HR data and reports to support decision making and improve strategies
Supporting the HR Manager in day to day HR operations
General HR administrative support including coordinating meetings, events and special projects
Based onsite 5 days / week this role is pivotal in building and maintaining the company culture. Hybrid working will be reviewed after probation.
About you;
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
A minimum of 2 years experience in HR or a related field
Passion for all things people and culture - a drive to progress in their career in HR
Familiarity with employment laws, recruitment processes and Award administration
Excellent communication skills, highly organised, and the ability to juggle and priortise multiple tasks
